This was my first layout ever doing any stitching on it, all the stitching was done by hand.
I changed the color of my son's vest from red to blue as well in Photoshop Elements, if you are interested in more info about how to do it you can read up on it here:

Ingredients: Ingredients: Fancy Pants Papa Paper Line, My Minds Eye Clear Overlay, Basic Grey cardstock alphas, Bazzill Cardstock, misc button and thread - oh and a bit of paper piercing.
