I used Webster's Pages Hollywood Vogue paper line. I took the Vellum and layered over another page from the line and then took cut outs from other pages and layered on top of the vellum. I used Tim Holtz's Grunge board for the frame and cut it out using the BigKick. Then I used Tim Holtz Dusty Concord Disterssed ink to color the grunge board. Using Tattered Angels Deep Purple Glimmer Mist, I colored Tim Holtz's ribbon. I took Stickles Patina and colored the Peacocks tail.
