I completed this for the January 2011 sketch challenge at Blue Moon and a Two peas prompt to use up your pattern paper...
I changed the sketch by rotating it... so the pattern paper strips were along the bottom... then used the numbers as the circle elements she had in the background... varied it slightly to make it balanced. The title is 1 2 3 reasons she is a dirty girl
Cardstock, Bazzil, Pattern paper is October Afternoon, Pink Paislee, WR Memory Keepers and a lot of strips of Sassafras Lass
chip numbers , stickers ;and embellies also Sassafras Lass
